DIY Cheesemakers Meeting

Calling all DIY Cheesemakers! We invite you to come together Wednesday, April 27th from 7:00 - 8:30pm to talk with like minded folks about making cheese. At this meeting, home cheesemaker Debbie Driscoll will share photos and videos from her travels to Italy where she recently held two cheesemaking apprenticeships. The presentation will focus on buffalo mozzarella and raw milk, organic pecorino production amid the beautiful hills of Tuscany. $5 suggested donation (cash or check only), proceeds will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
