Feb. 18th Tasting: Owen Roe Wines

Drop by the shop on Friday, March 18th for a tasting of current releases from Owen Roe Winery. Complex, earthy, sophisticated, rambunctious, exuberant, elegant, and precise: apt adjectives for David O’Reilly’s winemaking, and we’ll be offering tastes of four that the winery is particularly pleased with: the 2009 Columbia Valley Chardonnay (only available here or through Owen Roe's wine club), 2009 Sinister Hand, 2008 Ex Umbris Syrah, and the 2008 Rosa Mystica Cabernet Franc. Enjoy tasting these delicious wine, and linger over a cheese and charcuterie plate while you’re here. The free tasting is 4:30 to 6:30pm – we recommend coming early!
