April 16th Wine Tasting: Schöne Schlucht

Drop by the shop on Friday, April 16th for a taste of the Schöne Schlucht wines from Teutonic Wine Company. Winemaker (and Irvington neighbor) Barnaby Tuttle will be here to pour samples of his food-friendly Alsatian and German-style wines made here in Oregon. Try his 2009 Riesling, 2009 Pinot Gris, 2009 Pinot Noir Rose, and 2008 Pinot Noir. These wines are lower in alcohol, lighter in body and higher in acidity than many, making them easy to enjoy with a wide variety of menus. Stop in between 4:30 to 6:30 to chat with Barnaby and try his remarkable wines!
