DIY Cheesemakers Meeting

If you're interested in making cheese at home, you'll want to check out our DIY Cheesemakers group! At the upcoming March 18th meeting, Charlotte Smith from Champoeg Creamery in Saint Paul will demonstrate how to make a Farmhouse Cheddar using raw milk from her purebred, grass-fed, Jersey cow. Meetings of the DIY Cheesemakers group are free and open to anyone interested. They're lots of fun and are a great opportunity to meet other home cheesemakers and exchange ideas, techniques and resources. The March 18th meeting starts at 6:30 . These gatherings can get very crowded, so come early for a good seat -- you cuold have a glass of wine or a sandwich while you wait!
