Weekend Tastings: Grower Champagnes & Bacon

Time for Bubbles & Bacon! Drop by the shop on Friday, December 11th, 4:30 - 6:30pm and sample some marvelous Grower Champagnes. Dickie Mallison from Galaxy Wines will be here sharing tastes of four superb selections: A. Margaine Le Brut NV, A. Margaine Brut Rosé NV, Gaston Chiquet Brut Tradition NV, and René Geoffroy Rosé de Saignée.

On Saturday, December 12th, 11:30 - 1:30pm, we'll be tasting bacon from three great producers: Neuske', Vande Rose Farms, and Olympic Provisions (Portland's latest entry into the handmade charcuterie gang). Plus Sara Perry will be on hand signing copies of her book Everything Tastes Better with Bacon.
