Nov. 23rd Class: Dessert Wine & Cheese

Great meals shared with friends and families are usually the highlights of the holiday season. Planning and preparing a multi-course dinner can be really enjoyable and satisfying -- but exhausting, too! Wouldn't it be nice to finish the evening with a dessert that's delicious, elegant and a snap to prepare? A perfect pairing of dessert wine and cheese could be just the answer! If the simplicity of opening a bottle and offering a bit of cheese appeals to you, but you feel a bit skittish about knowing just the right pairing (after all, how many dessert wines are you really familiar with?) join us for a class on Monday, November 23rd. We'll discuss pairing principles and taste several combinations to help you understand how the flavor and aromatic components work together. Head into the holidays knowing that you can finish any holiday meal with a bang! (Plus, participants receive a ten percent discount on any purchases the evening of the class -- a happy way to get ready for Thanksgiving!)
