DIY Cheesemakers Meeting

If you’re interested in trying your hand at making cheese at home, mark your calendar for September 9th and the next meeting of our DIY Cheesemakers Group. You’ll meet likeminded folks and share ideas, techniques and resources with each other. Plus Claudia Lucero of Urban Cheesecraft will be here to demonstrate making mozzarella for the group. (We carry Claudia’s Chevre and Panir & Queso Blanco cheesemaking kits, along with a few other supplies here at the shop.) The meeting begins at 7:30 and will last about an hour. It’s casual, it’s free and it’s going to be fun. Come play!
