Next Class: Cheeses of the Mediterranean

If the dog days of summer inspire fantasies of actually enjoying the heat while on a cruise of crystalline seas and rugged isles, languidly nibbling on regional foods and wine, then you might enjoy our next class: Cheeses of the Mediterranean. Join us on Wednesday, August 12th, when Luan and Nathan will take you on a guided tour of cheese from Greece, Sardinia, Sicily and Majorca. Learn a bit about how terroir and history have shaped these marvelous cheeses that are wonderful for summertime noshing. Naturally we’ll be sipping a regional wine while we educate ourselves – otherwise, our education would be simply incomplete!

Cost: $20 Reservations are required and must be secured with a credit card. Call the shop at 503.284.1157. Class size is limited and fills quickly. Cancellations require 24 hours notice for refund. Participants receive a 10% discount on purchases the evening of the class.
