Wine Class: Red, White & Pink All Over

Hooray! Ken Collura's back to teach another wine class! For those of you who don't know Ken, he's the Wine Director at Andina Restaurant and a terrific teacher. He'll be discussing how acidity, tannins and fruit combine to create food-friendly wines and recommending ones that are perfect for pairing with warm weather meals. He's funny, smart and deeply knowledgeable and he always brings in delicious, surprising wines that are also great values. And since wine and cheese just naturally go together, we'll also be nibbling a selection of cheese as we go. Join us for an evening of light reds, whites and rosés -- come learn a little, drink some wine, eat some cheese, and enjoy a fine spring evening! Life is a very fine thing, isn't it?

Cost: $25. Reservations are required and must be secured with a credit card. Call the shop at 503.284.1157. Class size is limited and fills quickly. Cancellations require 24 hours notice for refund. Participants receive a 10% discount on purchases the evening of the class.
