June 9th Class: Cheese & Wine of Southern Spain

Okay, so this may not be the summer we all get to trundle off to Spain to spend weeks eating, drinking and lolligagging our way through the countryside. But that doesn't mean we can't learn about el queso y el vino, does it? No, indeed. Join us on Tuesday, June 9th for an evening focussing on the cheese & wine of the Extremadura, Murcia, Castille-La Mancha and Andalucia. Luan will present the delicious classic cheeses and Bonnie Crocker of Henry Wine Group will pair them with terrific wines of the regions. We'll sip and nibble our way through the lower Iberian Peninsula -- and prepare ourselves for next summer in Spain!
When: Tuesday, June 9th at 7:15pm

Cost: $20. Reservations are required and must be secured with a credit card. Call the shop at 503.284.1157. Class size is limited and fills quickly. Cancellations require 24 hours notice for refund. Participants receive a 10% discount on purchases the evening of the class.
