Next Class: Cured Meats

Curious about cured meats? Join us for a class on Wednesday, May 6th, and learn about the world of salami, prosciutto, jamon, mortadella, and more. We'll discuss how fermentation and salt work together to preserve meat, learn about the differences between prosciutto from Italy, jamón serrano and the prized jamón ibérico de bellota from Spain, and examine the differences between ground meat and whole muscle styles of charcuterie. And of course it would be wrong to just talk about these meats, so we'll be tasting as we go. Join us for a tasty and informative evening!
