Next Class: Sing the Blues!

Now let us sing the glories of blue cheese! Is there any other style of cheese that has such variety or so neatly divides the world into two kinds of people: those who adore it and those who can't abide it?. If you're a member of the first group (or a courageous, curious member of the second) and would like to learn more about this wonderfully diverse cheese, join us for a class on Thursday, January 22nd. Luan will lead you on a tasting tour of blues, from the filigreed and delicate to the big and bombastic, and discuss how one style of cheese can have such amazing range. You'll learn about how blue cheese is made, and pick up new ideas for serving and pairing it. Okay, there probably won't really be singing, but if we're lucky Tim might dance!
