Feb. 7th Class: Cor Cellars Wine

You know you like wine, but what do you know about how it's made? Join us on Saturday evening, February 7th for an evening with Luke Bradford of Washington's Cor Cellars . Luke is something of a radical fellow, making old world style wines with new world techniques. His wines are terrifically approachable and beautifully balanced, reflecting the terroir of the Columbia Gorge and Columbia Valley AVAs. No fruit bombs here! We'll be tasting Luke's wines while he shares how he selects the grapes and makes the wine. In addition, he'll pour some very young versions of the wine (made just this fall) so you can taste what it's like in the early stages of fermentation and compare it to the mature wine. If you want to know more about the winemaking process (without getting too technical) join us!
