Next Class: Developing Your Wine Palate

Ever talk with friends about wine and they're throwing around phrases like 'good structure' and 'medium-bodied' and 'black fruit' (as opposed to 'red fruit') -- and you feel like you're not quite holding up your end of the conversation? Maybe you know what you like in wine but have a hard time describing it. Do you know what minerality is? Do you like it? The world of wine is complex, but enjoying it should be simple. If you'd like to learn more about wine and wine-tasting, join us on Monday, October 20th for a class with Ken Collura on Developing Your Wine Palate. Ken will lead us through a tasting of five wines, discussing the separate components of each that add up to a delicious experience. Oh, if only all education tasted this good!
